After your trial class, you can sign up by speaking with Coach Daan who will help you choose the right membership plan.

Our class schedule is available on the "Timetable" page at FJJ. We have classes at various times throughout the week, with a look to expand offerings.
We recommend training 2-3 times a week to see consistent progress, but you can train more or less depending on your schedule and goals.
BJJ uses a colored belt system to indicate progress and skill level. Promotions are based on skill, knowledge, and time spent training.
